Andy Farrell has named his side to take on Italy this weekend and has made a whopping six changes to the starting lineup.
Ireland currently sits atop the Six Nations standings after impressive wins over Wales and France in the competition. After a week’s break, Farrell has decided to make six changes to the starting lineup to freshen things up and give some key players a rest.
Ross Byrne will make his first start in the competition, replacing Johnny Sexton, who suffered an injury to his groin against France. Conor Murray has also been given a rest as his Munster teammate, Craig Casey takes his spot.
