Erik ten Hagβs future at Manchester United is under intense scrutiny.
The Dutchman has guided The Red Devils to a lowly fourteenth position in the Premier League and itβs been speculated he could lose his job in the current international break.
Former England boss, Gareth Southgate was said to be one of the leading candidates for the position should it become available.
But, he appears to have ruled out taking the job at Old Trafford for now at least.
Southgate made an appearance Β at the European Club Association general assembly in Athens,Β and was asked about his next potential job.

He replied: βI was 11 years committing myself fully to the FA and Iβve got lots of different experiences.
βBut I wonβt coach in the next year, for sure. Iβm certain of that.
βI need to give myself time to make good decisions. When you come out of a really big role you need to give your body time, you need to give your mind time.β
He continued: βIβm fortunate that there are lots of different opportunities that are presenting themselves. The business side of football is really interesting.
βIn my role Iβve dealt with Uefa and Fifa, had to deal with lots of different stakeholders.
Will ten Hag be sacked before the season is over? Let us know in the comments.
