The former Wallabies captain Michael Hooper has this morning taken to his social media to announce his retirement from International Rugby.
The 33 year old was an absolutely warrior for the Wallabies and was badly treated by former coach Eddie Jones in not bringing him and others to the 2023 Rugby World Cup in France.
Congratulations on one hell of a shift. Humbled to have played with and against you from a young age all the way through. Will go down as one of the all time greats
