Alvaro Morata is currently wishing the ground would open up and swallow him whole as he has completely messed up this backheel that was handed to him on a silver platter.
He pulled a Mario Balotelli with his attempt at a backheel and completely mishit the ball letting it roll out of play with no power and speed. Ronaldo will be looking at Alvaro with an evil stare tonight as Juventus could have been 1-0 up against Atalanta in the first 12 minutes but Morata had other plans with him then hoping he would be ruled out for offside anyway.

Why on earth it went through his head to spin around and attempt the backheel is beyond me and I’m sure Pirlo will not look kindly on the attempt with Morata possibly facing some time on the bench next week. Should he be dropped for attempting this? Mario was immediately subbed off when he failed his attempt for Man City.
