Manchester United were able to secure the full 3 points with a late winner against Nuno Espirito Santo’s men in Old Trafford. Marcus Rashford was able to put the ball in the back of the net after a sublime pass from Portugese playmaker Bruno Fernandes.
Marcus collected the ball at the left side of the box and dribbled around before taking a shot on target which luckily deflected in and left Rui Patricio with no chance,
The 3 points from tonight’s win took them up into second in the league just 2 points behind leaders Liverpool with both teams having a game in hand. Will a late win at home against 12th place Wolves give Ole’s side a much needed boost in their title race?
Will United be genuine title contenders this season?
