Weather was not on the side of Alanyaspor or Sivasspor in their Super Lig clash in Alanya, Turkey yesterday as they played on a heavily waterlogged pitch.
The match was given the go ahead yesterday by the referee but just minutes in you could see the ball stopping dead in the centre of the pitch with players slipping and sliding all around.
The match was eventually stopped in the 20th minute by the referee but that still gives us 20 minutes of pure chaos and entertainment as we see the goalkeeper even save the ball inside his own box before sliding out of the box.
The referee gave him a pass due to the weather conditions and didn’t call for a hand ball.
Sivasspor players can be seen attacking down the right wing before the water stops the ball in its tracks and halts the attack.

You don’t see this very often and it’s always enjoyable for everyone but the players.
