Celtic were in a serious position of power against AC Milan after scoring 2 goals in the first 14 minutes and applying serious pressure all over the pitch.
But they have seemed to completely implode now under the pressure of the San Siro lights, one of Europe’s most famous stadiums against one of Europe’s most intimidating teams and they have bottled a 2 goal lead in under 2 minutes. Hakan Çalhanoglu kickstarted Milan’s resurgence with a brilliant free-kick from just outside of the box.
Hakan is currently in contract negotiations with the Milan club and this goal will do wonders for his demands as he proves he can do it under pressure.
A quick free-kick from inside of Celtic’s box lead to a quick loss of the ball and AC Milan used this chance to crowd the box and the ball bounced kindly to the feet of Catillejo who smashed it into the roof of the net.
This is turning out to be an absolute cracker.
