Tyson Fury lost to Oleksandr Usyk last month in Saudia Arabia.

‘The Gypsy King’ failed in his bid to become undisputed heavyweight champion dropping a split-decision to the Ukrainian.

Despite the defeat the former WBC heavyweight champion was back to his old self in his latest interview.

He made some very interesting claims considering he beaten for the first time in his professional career.

He said: ‘It was a lot easier than I though it would be. I was lighting him up with three and four punch combinations and laughing at him.

My problem was I probably had too much fun, it was probably too easy, at times it was too easy like I was in there with a local amateur boxer and I was enjoying it too much and messing around and you pay the ultimate price in round 9 where I got I got clipped and that’s what happens when you have too much fun.”

  1. Fury was schooled in all but 2 rounds and is in denial. He talks a good fight but will quite possibly never be mentioned again after his retirement.
