Tommy Fury sends warning to Dillian Whyte over Tyson’s training camp

Tommy Fury has waxed lyrical about the condition of Tyson Fury in camp in the build-up to his fight with Dillian Whyte at Wembley.

Tommy has been in camp with his half-brother throughout his preparations to fight Whyte, with the Love Island star due to fight on the undercard at the Wembley Stadium next week.

Having trained with him plenty of times prior, Tommy is well-positioned to comment on the condition of the Gypsy King heading into this fight – and it’s safe to say that he’s impressed.

Quoted by The Sun, he sent an inadvertent warning to Whyte ahead of the bout, having revealed his belief that this is as good as his brother has ever looked in camp previously.

“I’ve been there for Klitschko camps and every single fight he’s had. He’s never looked as good in the gym. He’s taking sparring partners out – top ten, top five people in the world.”

“He’s just making them look like they can’t box. That’s me being brutally honest. He’s mentally focused. He’s like a man possessed. I’ve never seen him train so hard.”

Of course, Tommy would say that and this is merely part of the Fury clan’s mind games ahead of the fight with Whyte, but we’re inclined to take his word for it when he suggests that the Body Snatcher is in trouble.

Fury has been as in love with the sport as ever in recent years. He appears to legitimately enjoy his training camps and keeping mentally well, which has successfully translated into performances in the ring.
