The Club of Ballyporeen GAA club took to their social media yesterday to call out the individual or individuals that did damage to their lights along the walkway in their club during the week.

You just can’t understand some people in this country, why would you do such a thing!

encourage anyone who may see this happening to report to any club committee member or member of the community council. We will endeavour to do repairs as soon as possible but this will come at significant cost to our facilities development.

Hopefully the club manage to get the lights fixed and something like this doesn’t happen again, they are dead right to call this out. Not good enough and frankly a disgrace from the people that did it, whoever did it should have to pay for it and should be embarrassed into doing so.

A massive weekend this weekend in the GAA with some quality games in the quarter-finals of the football, we can’t wait to watch them.
