🚨Demands for a replay after shocking decision was overlooked .. 😬

What a cracking game of rugby that was today between both South Africa and New Zealand in the third round of the rugby Championship in Johannesburg.

There was a try scored in the first half of the match though and questions have to be asked, how was this given!?

Bongi clearly lost the ball over the line #RSAvNZL

Embarrassing it’s 2024 do they not have TMO’s in SA? If that was an ABs player they would’ve had 25 replays on the big screen. SHAMBLES.

Yes he did. 👍 should’ve been chalked off.
Maul try was double banking = obstruction.

And the AB clearly infringed for 80% of the game!

Ardie savea clearly should have gotten yellow carded atleast once.

  1. Look clearly the ball was dislodged over the line.
    Poor decision by the Ref.
I am an AB’s supporter but decision did not change the outcome.
NZ made to many errors and gave away to many penalties in the last 10 minutes that lost them this test match.
AB’s teams of the past would not have given up a 10.point lead.

    1. Look at Rule 11.5b :
A ball is not knocked on and play continues , If :
      a. A player knocks the ball forward immediately after an opponent has kicked it Charge down)

      b. A player rips or knocks the ball from an opponent nd the ball goes forward from the opponent’s hand or arm.

Jordie Barret ripped the ball from Bongi, it went straight down there fore a try

    2. Geoffrey. With respect. You clearly do not know all the rules and suggest you check the laws before you embarrse yourself publicly.

As previous comments I response check law 11.5B. Ball was ripped by Jordie Barriet came off his hand. Played continued and ball was placed down. According to the mentioned law try stands.

      1. The rule states if there is separation from the hand before grounding it is no try.
Jodie Barrett hit him hard and was trying to get his hand under the ball not knock it out of his hands.

  2. That’s what I also say. AB’s of the past could be behind by 10 with 10 to play and still know they’re going to win. Not anymore.

  3. As shocking as breaking Siya’s jaw. Get over yourself nr 2. You would’ve been played off the park yesterday

  4. Look at Rule 11.5b :

  5. What everyone is failing to notice about this situation is that if the TMO had called the ball as a knock on Springboks had penalty coming for a collapsed maul. We would have scored anyway. Now for the interesting point and raises many questions. As Sacha is preparing to take the conversion, the All Black water boys are walking towards him and some are past the 5 yard line. If the ref had his eyes open he should have stopped Sacha, told the water boys to get off the field of play and allow him his time to kick.

  6. Listen the springbok no2 had lost the ball.out of his hand that is separation from hand to grounding.
Dear folks that is a no try Regardless of the tackling.
It was not a knock on its plain and Clear separation from hand to grounding.
All bokka supporters will say otherwise it was a no try
    Fullstop😜👍🇳🇿🏉

  7. The ball was not ripped. Bondi lost the ball because his rh forearm hit JB’s rh knee/leg and as he went down his arm became levered backwards and the ball fell out.
