The Mount Sion and Waterford man Austin Gleeson was loving life on the pitch last night when playing against Ferrybank in the Waterford senior hurling championship.

The no look scored he got for his club last night was a thing of beauty.

I’m sure new Waterford manager Peter Queally will be hoping to have him back involved with the Deise set up next year. On his day Austin Gleeson is right up there with some of the best in the country and if they had him last summer Cork might not have even got out of Munster ..
