What a cracking test match that was yesterday between two giants of world rugby in South Africa and New Zealand at a sold out Emirate Airline Park in Johannesburg.

South Africa managed to comeback from being behind to come out winners in the end and will surely win the Rugby Championship now.

The South African Rugby Union have apologised for over the Haka interference ..

Well Done SA Rugby, regardless of the schedule of events that lead to this it’s shows our true colours when we admit we need to do better.

The Haka would be more entertaining done in black tutu’s and camped up a bit more. It would render the springboks unable to play and guarantee an AB victory.

The plane was on course & the timing was off. Pretty difficult to change flight path with 5-10 minutes notice. The DJ could have just not played SB during the haka. It was one button switch. We need to start controlling these DJs. This is not Billy’s on a Friday at 2am.

  1. The haka is an advantage for the kiwis. It should be taken away. The opposing team can’t even stand where they want to. Why should NZ be given advantage over all the other teams what makes them superior, nothing. Take the haka away leave it for the maorrie tribes to use when they go to war, that is where it originated anyway and belongs to them. It does not belong on the rugby field.

  2. I love the battle between these two giants, but the Kiwi’s condescending attitude about their Haka is rather pathetic, and a huge retraction from the greatness of their team. It’s like the obsession with pronouns where you want to force others to ‘respect’ your delusion. Get over it!
