Mauricio Pochettino is the favourite to get the job in Paris after Thomas Tuchel was sacked on Christmas Eve. Fabrizio Romano reported that the Argentine manager is on his way to becoming boss at the Parcs des Princes very soon.
Mauricio Pochettino [with his lawyers] and PSG board are in contact by 24 hours to reach the agreement.
‘Poch’ is expected to become the new PSG manager on next hours when every detail will be sorted.

With Poch becoming a done deal, the board are already looking at possible transfers in the summer that will turn this French team into the biggest team in Europe and real favourites for the Champions League. Marca are reporting that PSG are strongly linked with the Barcelona legend Lionel Messi. An argentine manager would just grow his possible links at the club with former teammate and friend Neymar being in Paris as well.
Messi’s contract expires with the club on June 30th with him being able to talk to other clubs from January 1st. The 33 year old has been at war with Barcelona’s board for some time so a move away from the Nou Camp will not be a shock, it’s not just a matter of where and when not if.
