The twitter battle between Piers Morgan and Mesut Ozil is one that we’re beginning to get used to as the saga roars on. Ozil will tweet something in support of the club or fans and Piers will quote the tweet asking Ozil to leave the club. The biggest interaction coming 2 weeks ago when Piers even called the creative German midfielder a ‘d*ck’. Here it is:
At 4pm today Ozil tweeted a photo of himself from when he was playing for the club and not having his talent wasted.

Piers didn’t seem to like that as he quoted it saying:
“Real Arsenal fans aren’t behind you. You’re our Paul Pogba – massively overpaid, massively under-performing, & shockingly overinflated sense of your own importance.”

Ozil then tweeted back in support of Paul Pogba s they have both won the World Cup.
Piers, buddy, are you still bitter from the other day?😂It seems like you're not a big fan of World Champions 🇩🇪🇫🇷🏆 I wish you would see as good as you hear things ☎️👂 https://t.co/oIka73MdfK

Who came out better in today’s twitter spat between the two? Is it the long time Arsenal supporter or was it the German midfielder who has fallen out of favour with Mikel Arteta?
