Leinster ran out winners in the end yesterday evening against a Munster team that was seriously up against it. Munster’s loose-head prop Jeremy Loughman received a hit to the face and some fans aren’t happy with RG Snyman ..

If anyone’s wondering what left Loughman looking like the elephant man, it was the forearm/elbow to the face from RG. That’ll be a red card citing. Vid below.
The officiating team missed a red card and a knock on all in the same ruck. Class. pic.twitter.com/JPpiL93rF6— Jim Demps (@jim_demps) October 12, 2024
No chance of a red card citing whatsoever, RG is trying to offload and Loughman is unfortunately elbowed in the process of a normal tackle
One of the poorest refereeing performances you’ll see. Might not have affected the result (Leinster were the more clinical side) but too much was missed. The forward pass call was bizarre – let the try be scored, check with TMO (I don’t think it was clearly forward personally)
RG Snyman? Is that the guy who’s scored more trys against Munster than he has for Munster? What a legend 💙
If that’s an impact with the ball carrying arm, that’s just unfortunate but no chance of a citing.
Knock on is pretty clear there but that’s just bad luck for Loughman, RG trying to get the arm free for the offload, rugby incident
