Michael Chandler will not be fighting Conor McGregor next.
After waiting on the sidelines for his red panty night Chandler has finally decided to move on.
The pair were due to fight earlier this year but the Irishman pulled out of the clash due to a broken toe.
There was hope that the fight will be rescheduled for early 2025 but Chandler has had enough.
Chandler has now accepted a rematch with former champion Charles Oliveira.
Below he explains why he has moved on from the clash with ‘The Notorious’.

McGregor wasn’t happy with Chandler and took to X formerly Twitter to take aim at ‘Iron Mike’ and accuse him of ‘dipping’.
He wrote: ‘Chandler saw that takedown getting stuffed and mauled and officially dipped. Little Fat Pussy. I’m at the hard rock hotel Florida for the bare knuckle tonight. Got tested earlier today by DFSI. Give me my fucking date!’

He later claimed he is out of the loop with the UFC.

McGregor last fought in 2021 when he suffered a leg break in his trilogy fight with Dustin Poirier.
