Manchester United have “opened talks” with Paris Saint-Germain over the shock transfer of Neymar.
That is at least according to French outlet L’Equipe, who claim that United are one of several Premier League clubs who PSG have “initiated” talks with regarding the Brazilian forward.
The 31-year-old’s time in the French capital appears to be coming to an end with the club looking to move in a new direction, one which will already be minus Lionel Messi.
L’Equipe state that United are the club furthest along in terms of a move for him but that Erik ten Hag and co. are pushing for a loan move rather than a permanent transfer.
The report also says that Casemiro is driving the move for his international teammate.
The rumour and report all seems very far fetched and one that tells you the transfer market is about to open. Although if United fall into Qatari hands, could he move from one satellite club to another?
It promises to be another crazy summer of comings and goings, and expect Neymar to be at the centre of many rumours, sagas and more.
