John Fury has apologised after headbutting a member of team Usyk.
Footage emerged earlier today of Fury headbutting a man as the fight week started for the undisputed clash between his son Tyson and Oleksandr Usyk which takes place on Saturday night.
John Fury has now apologised for the unsavoury incident.

Speaking to SecondsOut he said:
“Sincere apologies to everybody involved. It’s just the way we are. Emotions and tensions are running high.
“He was a very disrespectful fella. If you come close in a fighting man’s space, you’re gonna cop for something.
“What matters to me is respect for my son and he wasn’t showing any of it. He mentioned my son and that was it, so he had to have it.
“It doesn’t bother me [bleeding], it’s what we live for, we’re fighting people. That’s a regular occurrence to me. ”

Fury team has compromised the respect and the integrity of the professional world. I’m a fury fan but not now. Fury steam members have turned this sport into a free for all . It used to be a camera stunt in face offs. Now it’s resulted to assault on an innocent team member of the opposition. This should now be investigated as a crime not a boxing board game of oppologies. The gypsy king should be sanctioned by the board and his team member arrested for assault. Full stop. You lost a fan today in this fiasco.
