Former Chelsea and English winger Joe Cole was absolutely delighted at full-time seeing his side win the Champions League for the second time in their history, repeating that famous night from back in 2012. What a job Thomas Tuchel has done since coming in as Chelsea manager, leading them to becoming Champions of Europe and just finished inside the top four in the Premier League table.
