Jake Paul has reaffirmed his intentions to meet Nate Diaz in the boxing ring after his UFC career came to a close.
Diaz bowed out of the UFC with a submission win over Tony Ferguson on Saturday night. It was a fitting end to a glittering career for one of the most popular fighters in the sport.
In wake of the victory, Diaz revealed that he would like to try his hand at another sport, one that Conor McGregor failed to conquer, which, of course, is boxing.
Without hesitation, Jake Paul took to Twitter to post the below video, where he once again, rather unsubtly, expressed his desire to meet Diaz in the ring.

Paul, who will be fighting Anderson Silva at the end of this month, has previously spoken about Diaz as a possible opponent for him on his professional boxing voyage.
Diaz has previously been tied into a contract with the UFC and thus unable to Paul. After last night, Diaz is now a free agent, so he’s very much available.
Of course, how Paul gets on against Anderson Silva will dictate whether this fight can be made, but don’t be surprised to see these two square off in 2023…
