There ware millions of French people that tuned in to watch Ireland play the All Blacks at a full Stade de France in Paris. Numbers that French TV has never seen before, the French people have really been great at welcoming the World in to watch their teams go at it in the tournament.

In France, a staggering 9.4 million people tuned in for Ireland’s quarter final. This is an unprecedented figure and the largest audience in France for a rugby match that didn’t feature the host nation.
