Eddie Hearn does not think that Tyson Fury wants to fight Anthony Joshua – rather he’s pursuing a fight with Manuel Charr.

Fury and Joshua have been locked in a war of words online, with boxing fans desperately hoping that it results in the two of them meeting in the ring.

However, we’ve come close to having this fight previously and it didn’t materialise, so you can’t help but take the whole thing with a pinch of salt.

There are talks ongoing, which could ultimately result in a signed contract, but Eddie Hearn will believe it when he sees it, especially with Monday’s deadline.

Is Tyson Fury actually planning to fight Manuel Charr (pictured)?

In fact, Hearn doesn’t believe that Fury wants the fight at all. He believes that the Gypsy King has another opponent lined up for the December date.

“He’s going to fight Manuel Charr. There’s no way that this contract gets signed on Monday,” Eddie Hearn said during an interview with Seconds Out.

Fury has royally messed his fans around in the past. We wouldn’t be surprised if he’s done the same here, as much as we hope the fight does actually happen…
