Gary Neville believes that Manchester United won’t be able to close the 14-point gap with Arsenal before the season ends.
Erik ten Hag’s side has been in incredible form since returning from the World Cup break in December and is one of the most in-form teams in Europe.
But despite their recent return to prominence, they are still 14 points off league leaders Arsenal, although they have two games in hand.

Speaking ahead of their clash with Liverpool on Sunday, Neville admitted that they are too far off the Gunners to mount a real title charge.
‘There might be a couple that believe. Casemiro who is used to it, thinking let’s hang in there.’ he said.
‘I think they’re too far off this season and have a lots on but they’re building a trust back in united fans.
‘It wasn’t long ago we had huge doubts about a lot of those players but Erik ten Hag has turned it around.
‘United fans like them again, winning a trophy and [the win against] Barcelona was good but coming here [to Anfield] is the ultimate test.’
