Not what I heard….whistle blown after the block…

Poor reffing. Should of waited untill ball either scored or cleared then blew whistle.

Talk about a f disaster that is! 

I read that as Palestine and thought well done to them winning a minor final in the midst of a war!

Not sure of context but my guess was that time was up this was the last play and they got a shot off but was blocked. Game over. Great shout by the ref.
