Tyson Fury and Derek Chisora engaged in a heated ringside feud at last night’s Joe Joyce vs Joseph Parker fight.
Fury was in attendance in Manchester to support friend and training partner Parker, who was knocked out for the very first time in his career by a lethal left hook from Joyce.
The Gypsy King would not have been best pleased to see his friend end up on the canvas, and with a little antagonising from Derek Chisora, tensions boiled over.
Chisora poked the bear by telling Fury that, were he to be successful in pencilling in a fight with Anthony Joshua, it’d be the heavyweight from Watford that’d be triumphant.
Fury fired back, as you’d expect, insisting that he would finish Joshua within six rounds – and fight Chisora between rounds.
Ultimately, between two old friends, this turned into a rather bitter feud.
Chisora was proposed with the chance to fight Fury later this year but was seemingly uninterested. Perhaps he was more interested in landing verbal blows…
🥊“If the fight happens, AJ’ll win.”
🤣 “I’ll knock him out inside 6 rounds & I’ll fight you in between rounds.”
