Freddie Flintoff is set to host an iconic game show.
It will be the ex-cricketer’s first new TV commission since his horrific crash on Top Gear two years ago.
The Ashes legend is to host the popular Darts game show Bullseye as it returns for a Christmas special but TV bosses hope it will be quickly commissioned as a full series.

Flintoff will take over the late Jim Bowen’s old role for a Christmas special admits he’s a huge darts fan.
He said:  “I love the darts and Bullseye was one of my favourite shows as a kid.
“I can’t quite believe I’ll get to host this Christmas special.
Bullseye first aired on ITV in 1981 and ran for 14 years and is a cult classic because of moments like below.
Bullseye’s mix of darts and trivia attracted early Sunday evening audiences of a staggering 17 million before it was originally cancelled in 1995.
