🚨 Frazer Clarke sends Fabio Wardley classy message following his KO defeat

Frazer Clarke was brutally knocked out in the first round by Fabio Wardley.

The heavyweights collided in a highly anticipated rematch after their first fight went the full 12 rounds at London’s O2 Arena in March that had ended in a draw.

Unlike the first contest the rematch was over in the very first three minutes.

Wardley had Clarke hurt and bludgeoned him again with a big right hand that sent him down. He tried to bravely get back to his feet but the referee deemed him correctly unfit to continue and stopped the fight.

Clarke had to go to hospital and has undergone a “successful” operation to repair the damage to his jaw and cheekbone after his first-round loss to Fabio Wardley.

Boxing journalist Gareth A. Davies has spoken to Clarke who wanted to pass on a classy message to his opponent.

Writing on X formerly Twitter he posted: Just chatted to @BigFrazeBoxer at airport in Riyadh 5 mins ago. His wife is with him. He is feeling ok. Jaw is wired. Showed me pictures of the breaks – three I think. We on same flight to London overnight. V pleased to know that FC is ok. He said to say to @FabioWardley

‘Fraze said to tell big @FabioWardley “Well done mate, Ive been in boxing a very long time and no one has ever hit that hard. I’m proud of the 13rds we’ve had together.” Really pleased to see Big Fraze on way home… heart lifted.’

Wardley responded to Clarke’s message on social media.

Wardley’s win has put him inline for some potentially huge heavyweight showdowns.
