Francis Ngannou has revealed exactly what went though his mind when taking punches from Tyson Fury.
The MMA star was a huge underdog in his fight against ‘The Gypsy King’ but shocked the world by dropping Fury in the third round and only losing via a split-decision from the judges at ringside.
Speaking on the Club Shay Shay podcast, Ngannou, revealed what it was like taking punches from the WBC heavyweight champion.

“He hits pretty good. Punchers (in MMA) are not as strong as boxers. They (boxers) have the speed, they know how to throw it, everything. He hits pretty good. I ate some good shots.”
“I was like ‘f***’, you know? But it was a pretty good shot. It’s good when you feel a punch; that means you are still up.”
