Is this the year that Arsenal finally win the Premier League?

Arsenal currently sit second in the Premier League table just two points behind their rivals Manchester City. The Gunners have come so close to winning the league in the last two years, but could this be finally their year?

The Gunners had a massive win against their arch rivals Tottenham Hotspur in the North London Derby despite missing their two best players in Declan Rice and Martin Ødegaard. The Gunners looked comfortable and the resilience that this side has shown is quite impressive.

Especially the players that come in to the starting eleven, they were excellent and it’s not easy coming into a starting team. If any of the Arsenal players were off it against Spurs, they would have been torn open.

Arsenal will go to the Etihad Stadium now to face Manchester City and the Gunners will be full of confidence. Great credit has to go to Mikel Arteta and the job the 44 year old former player is doing on the North side of London.

Arsenal last won the Premier League title in the 2003-04 season. They went the entire 38-game season undefeated, the only team in English history to do that in a 38-game season. They won 26 games and drew 12.

The scary thing is, Arsenal will have to do something similar if they’re to beat Manchester City for the Premier League title, playing crypto casino might help the Arsenal fans ..

The question has to be asked though, have Manchester City declined a small bit ..?

Kevin De Bruyne is arguably City’s most crucial player and this has shown throughout his whole time with the Cityzens. This was made clear by City’s incredible uplift in form following his return from injury last season.

The Belgium international missed the first half of last season with a hamstring injury and also struggled at times throughout the second part of the campaign. At 33 years old, the likelihood of de Bruyne suffering more injuries is now naturally greater. If he were to be injured again this season, the ability of City’s team will immediately decrease.

Several other important first team players such as Kyle Walker, John Stones, Bernardo Silva, and Mateo Kovacic are also 30 or over so are all likely to suffer a natural decrease in both quality and fitness over the course of the season. This will be worrying for Pep considering these names have been central figures in City’s recent dominance.

Not to mention the 115 charges against the club that could result in a points drop. Will Manchester City win the league? I believe it’s Arsenal time ..
