🚨 Fans can’t believe what Anthony Joshua said to his trainer as new corner footage emerges

Anthony Joshua suffered a brutal defeat to Daniel Dubois at Wembley Stadium.

Joshua was looking to become a three-time heavyweight world champion but fell massively short as Dubois dominated from the very first round.

Joshua struggled to get a foothold in the fight and was hurt and dropped on multiple occasions by the IBF champion.

New footage has emerged ahead of the fifth round where Joshua can be seen receiving instructions from his coach, Ben Davison.

The trainer was clearly trying to motivate ‘AJ’ and could be heard saying: “We get through them [these moments]. “This is what it’s about. We get through them. F***ing warrior spirit, but we’ve got to be smart.”

Joshua replied: “Roll the dice, innit? At the start of this round he’s going to come out fast.”

Davison then offered some instructions and replied:: “Yeah, so be ready. Slip and bring it up, he’ll step in with his jab.”

Joshua then ended the conversation by telling Davison that Dubois isn’t very good by saying :”He is s***.”

Fight fans responded to the clip on X formerly Twitter.

One said: ‘In fairness, I think AJ was trying to psych himself up. Raise his own confidence.’

Another added: ‘He’s purely showing how little respect he had for Dubois and paid the price.’

A third replied: ‘I think neither guy took Dubious seriously and paid the price.’

A fourth commented: ‘Didn’t need to roll the dice, needed to weather the storm.’

Joshua would be brutally knocked out in the very next round. He managed to buckle Dubois’ knees and went in for the finish but as he went in for an uppercut Dubois countered and that was all she wrote.

Will Joshua fight again? Let us know in the comments.
