Talk about a great watch, England have won the first Autumn cup competition but France will feel they left that one behind them.
If France did win, it would have been their first win at Twickenham since 2007. There’s no doubt that, that French team are coming and are going to be one to watch especially with the next World Cup in France.
England still showed their class though and prove to be the best team in Europe still.
A lot of lads weren’t happy with the referee’s performance today though…🤣
One of the worst referee performances I’ve seen in a international match for a while! #ENGvFRA

Andrew Brace:
* Missed knock on's
* Which led to an incorrect penalty
* Which led to a try to level it
* Gives incorrect penalty to give Farrell first shot to win
* Incorrectly says France knock it on
* Which gives England a penalty at the scrum#irishrefs #ENGvFRA— Gethin Pearce (@GethinPearce) December 6, 2020

France named a starting XV of only 68 caps and were without 25 of their original squad named for the Autumn Nations Cup.
They have just taken the most experienced England team of all time all the way at Twickenham.

That was a cracking game. Fair fucks to France for pitching up like that – superb stuff. They were desperately unlucky with some Oh No! moments at the end but you get the feeling that they are an emergent force in the game. #ENGvFRA
