And speaking to TalkSPORT the Aussie let rip at the Olympics.
She said: âI donât want to watch it, Iâm off on it. I think itâs too extreme, itâs too much.
She was then asked what her message to the governing body and Bridges replied: âWake the f*** up. Honestly. Iâm all about inclusivity, but this is such a minority and itâs taking away girls dreams.
âItâs just not fair. Cut the woke s*** and letâs be real here. Look at the science.
She continued: âYouâre not just XY youâve actually been tested to have high testosterone⌠itâs not fair, itâs ridiculous and getting out of control.
âAnd donât bring it to combat sports. Itâs wrong for any sport.â

The former world champion then admitted she would not be comfortable fighting an athlete with XY chromosomes, as opposed to the female XX chromosomes, Bridges said: âNo, I wouldnât.
âI just think itâs wrong. I wouldnât do it⌠I wouldnât risk it.
âAnd Iâm tough, Iâm a hard a***. You know what I mean, but I wouldnât do it and I wouldnât want to give them that to share the ring with me, because itâs unfair.
âYou know youâve got more testosterone, you know youâve got XY chromosomes. Thatâs like knowing youâve got a biological advantage.â
The participation of the Algerian at the Paris Olympics has been controversial as she was previously disqualified from the World Championships last year after failing gender eligibility tests.
But the IOC have accused the IBA of disqualifying Khelif âwithout any due processâ and hit out at the misinformation that has been spread.
In a statement they wrote:
âEvery person has the right to practise sport without discrimination.
We have seen in reports misleading information about two female athletes competing at the Olympic Games Paris 2024. The two athletes have been competing in international boxing competitions for many years in the womenâs category, including the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020, International Boxing Association (IBA) World Championships and IBA-sanctioned tournaments.

These two athletes were the victims of a sudden and arbitrary decision by the IBA. Towards the end of the IBA World Championships in 2023, they were suddenly disqualified without any due process.
