The former Cork Goalkeeper Donal Óg Cusack gives huge praise to how good the game of hurling is gone, but isn’t one bit happy with how the Championship has been rushed this summer. To be fair to the Three time All-Ireland winner he makes a very good point.
The GAA probably do need to look at when is the best time to play the Championship and why rush it, why not have reply’s and more games if it’s only good for hurling. See Donal Óg Cusack’s take below;

That’s it now until next year till we see any inter county hurling, which is an awful shame for one of the best sports in the world an Irish treasure to not see inter county till next January. Shame.
