What an unbelievable game of hurling that was today between two great hurling county’s in both Clare and Cork at a full house in Croke Park. These two sides put on a serious display of hurling.

Why would it be wrong a mistake is a mistake the match should have went to a replay.
Wasn’t the first or even the worst call against Cork. Can understand Donal not wanting to piss on Clare’s parade but ultimately he’s there to analyse and the referee robbed cork today.Ridiculous comment, if it’s a free it’s a free and would have brought an epic to ETFair play Donal Og. Not a Johnny Murphy fan, but I have to say he contributed enormously to the flow of the game today and reffed the game very well. Cork went for a goal in extra time when a point was the way better option. Small margins are what decide big games. Great game
If you were to go through every morcel of play from start to finish, in any game, you would see frees that weren’t given, or seen. That’s life. The bigger picture here, is that the game of hurling won, as it was an incredible display of skill from both teams. I think that’s what he meant. It is perhaps petty to dwell on that, when there was nothing, really, between the teams. But, cruel as it seems, someone had to lose. At least it wasn’t to Kerry! Well done, both teams.
