Nate Diaz has expressed an interest in trying a new sport after calling time on his career in the UFC.
Diaz bowed out of the UFC with a thrilling submission win over Tony Ferguson. As two legends met in the octagon, it was the perfect way for him to end his career in MMA.
It doesn’t appear as though Diaz has any intention of never fighting again, though. Even if it’s not in the UFC, Diaz appears keen on continuing to compete in his latter years.
In wake of his victory over Ferguson, Diaz revealed his desire to try a new sport, with his slight at Conor McGregor suggesting that it could be boxing…

There has long been talk of Diaz stepping into the ring with Jake Paul, who already has wins over Ben Askren and Tyron Woodley on his boxing record.
Paul is due to fight MMA legend Anderson Silva at the end of next month. If he is to be triumphant, there’s every chance that he could turn his attention to Diaz.
Paul wants to fight KSI, but KSI wants to shed some more ring rust first. With a Misfits Boxing card planned for January, could that be when we see Paul vs Diaz?
