Great news for the Cork football fans as it’s announced that John Cleary will be staying on for another year to take charge of the footballers.

The Castlehaven club man will take charge for a fourth season and complete the three-year term he was handed by the county board after stepping up in 2022 as interim manager to replace Keith Ricken.
The Cork footballers summer ended disappointing by losing to Louth in the last 16 of the All-Ireland. It was really a game that the Rebels should have put to bed, there’s be great progress though and hopefully Cleary will get Cork back to competing for Sam Maguire again at some stage.
Big year again next year for the Cork footballers ..
