Chelsea locked in talks with Barcelona over signing TWO big-name players

Chelsea are reportedly keen on signing two players from Barcelona before the end of the summer transfer window.

Chelsea and Barcelona’s transfer business has overlapped frequently this summer, much to the displeasure of the Blues supporters, no doubt.

Chelsea were said to have held interest in all of Raphinha, Robert Lewandowski and Jules Kounde. Ultimately, all three signed for Barcelona.

A change of strategy appears to be on the cards now, with Chelsea understood to be keen on raiding Barca for some of their own players.

Could Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (pictured) return to the Premier League with Chelsea?

According to Sky Sports, Chelsea are keen to strike deals to sign both Frenkie de Jong and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in the coming weeks.

de Jong is said to be a long-term target of Thomas Tuchel’s, with the German having previously worked with Aubameyang at Borussia Dortmund.

Barca have an urgent need for cash so would likely be open to the sales – but can Chelsea convince either player to leave the Nou Camp?
