Champions League draw CONFIRMED: Man Utd, Liverpool, Chelsea, Man City learn their fate

The draw for the Champions League knockout rounds has been performed, with Premier League clubs learning their fate.

All four of the Premier League teams that qualified for this year’s competition have successfully made it through to the first knockout round of the competition. That comes after Chelsea beat Premier League counterparts Manchester City in last season’s final.

English teams have fared well in the competition in recent seasons, with all four of Chelsea, Man City, Man United and Liverpool no doubt keen to have a strong run this time around.

Ultimately, they will be well aware that success in knockout tournaments can be determined by the teams they are drawn against, which is why the fans of all four clubs will have had their eyes firmly fixed on today’s draw.

The balls have now been drawn with the opponents being determined and the four Premier League clubs will be facing off against the following teams.
