Barcelona could be set to lose two of their new summer signings before the season even starts this Saturday.
Barca have been among Europe’s biggest spenders this summer transfer window, despite the club being in dire financial difficulty.
Two signings that didn’t cost them a penny, Andreas Christensen and Franck Kessie, can be ranked among their best summer accomplishments.
However, could Barca actually lose them both before they’ve even kicked a ball in La Liga? ESPN report that there is a possibility they could.
As per the report, if Barca are unable to register either Christensen or Kessie before this Saturday, both players would have the option to leave.
That is understood to be written into the agreement that they signed when they arrived at the club. They’d be free transfers once again.
