Why the time is now for Arsenal to strike & finally lift the Premier League title ..

We’re six games into the new Premier League season and Arsenal are just one point off the league leaders Liverpool football club.

Mikel Arteta has done an excellent job in getting this Arsenal team to where they need to be, the Gunners are in a prime position to strike this season and finally win the Premier League for the first since 2004(the year of the invisibles.)

Liverpool aren’t as strong as they were and it’s their first season with their new manager Arne Slot, Chelsea are unknown, Manchester United are still in a rebuilding process and a lot of Manchester City’s big names are starting to age, not to mention the off field matters of the financial fair play lawsuit ..

Mikel Arteta has assembled a young vibrant squad of players that all want to play for the 42 year old Spanish manger. Now it’s just a question do they have the bottle to go the distance against the vastly experienced Manchester City.

The last two seasons, the North London side came agonsly close to getting over the line, but sadly for the Gunners they lost out by just two points on both occasions.

This weekend is another huge one in the race for the Premier League, with Liverpool having to travel to London to take on Crystal Palace, Arsenal are at home to Southampton while Manchester City will entertain Fulham at the Etihad Stadium in the North West of the country.

What are your predictions for the weekend’s footy?

Some of the top factors to consider for accurate score predictions in football are, the team line-ups, the form and the unknowns. This weekend with BTTS predictions22 you’d fancy Arsenal and Manchester City to get their wins, but the early kick-off between Crystal Palace and Liverpool could be a tricky one for the league leaders.

It’s the last weekend before the International break and teams will be desperate to pick up all three points before they depart to their respective International countries. Mikel Arteta will know that every point is vital, you can’t win the league in the early part of the season but you certainly lose it as everyone knows ..

The time is now for Arsenal and the next few weeks are going to be very interesting to see if they have what it takes to match the invisibles team of 2004 and finally make their own bit of history. If Arsenal do with it this season, you can only imagine the scene on AFTV and the North side of London ..
