Just over a week till the first test between South Africa and New Zealand at Ellis Park in Johannesburg. The All Blacks have been dealt a massive injury below just before they take off for the Rainbow nation.

Their star loose-head prop Ethan de Groot has been ruled out for their tour. The big 6’3 prop is a massive blow for the All Blacks, especially when South Africa have such a powerful scrum. 

It’s going to make for a massive two tests ..

Sad that de Groot can’t go back to the country of his birth for a few weeks.

It’s weird, De Groot is one of my favourite players, but im excited to see if Tamaiti can step up against South Africa.
