AC Milan and Juventus are both reportedly interested in signing wantaway Chelsea attacker Christian Pulisic this summer.
Pulisic signed for Chelsea from Borussia Dortmund in January of 2019. He was understood to be the natural successor to Eden Hazard but has shown little capability of replicating his influence.
The U.S.A international has fallen in and out of favour at Stamford Bridge, with Thomas Tuchel evidently not viewing him as an indispensable member of his attacking ranks.
As is reported by the Daily Mail, Pulisic has revealed his desire to become a regular starter – and he may well be given the opportunity to do so, but NOT at Chelsea.
As per the report, both AC Milan and Juventus are keeping tabs on Pulisic’s situation in anticipation that he could push for a move away from SW6 before the summer is done.
There have been multiple cases of young players leaving Chelsea and making a name for them in Serie A, so perhaps Pulisic is taking inspiration from those who have come before him.
At this point, it’s unclear exactly how much Chelsea would demand in order to be convinced to sell Pulisic. Let’s wait and see how this one plays out in the coming weeks and months.
