Owen Farrell is set to miss out on England’s clash with France this weekend as Marcus Smith will reportedly take his place in the starting line-up.

England welcomes France to Twickenham on Saturday evening in a must-win game for both sides.

Both sides are currently tied on ten points each, along with Scotland and are a massive five points behind leaders Ireland in the Six Nations standings.

Steve Borthwick is reportedly set to make a huge decision when naming his squad, for the first time in eight years, Farrell is set to miss out on a starting spot.

With reports claiming that Smith will take his position at fly-half.
