A group of Everton fans surrounded the young winger’s car and stopped him from leaving after the devastating loss to Southampton on Saturday.
All is not well at Goodison Park, after a miserable campaign last year which saw the club barely miss out on relegation, fans were hoping for something better this season.
But although the season started well, they once again find themselves in a relegation battle. The fan’s patience is running out with them targeting the manager, board, and now even players.
A video of center-back Yerry Mina confronting a taunting fan after their loss on Saturday has gone viral and has now been followed by another video of a similar incident.

Young winger, Anthony Gordon was barricaded in by a group of angry fans who surrounded his car and shouted insults at him. You can hear the protestors shouting ‘d*ickhead’, kn*bhead’ and singing ‘get out of our club’.

The Everton board was advised not to go to the game due to safety concerns as the fans are growing restless.
They currently sit 19th in the table, tied on points with Southampton and don’t look like getting out anytime soon.
